6.3 Managing Modem Alarms

RADview manages modem alarms including the following tasks:

• Viewing active modem alarms

• Viewing alarm history from the LRS-24 Alarm Buffer

• Masking modem traps.

You can manage modem card alarms in Zoom view only.

Viewing Active Modem Alarms

 To view the active alarms (sent to the LRS-24 agent by the modem):

1. In the Zoom view, select the modem (near end or far end) right click and

select> Fault menu > Alarms.
