2-6 Installation and Setup

Connecting AC Power

AC power should be supplied to FOM-E1/T1 through the 1.5m (5 ft) standard

power cable terminated by a standard 3-prong plug. The cable is provided with

the unit.



To connect AC power:

1. Connect the power cable to the power connector on the FOM-E1/T1 rear

panel.

2. Connect the power cable to the mains outlet.

The unit will be turned on automatically upon connection to the mains.

Connecting DC Power



To connect DC power:

• Refer to DC power supply connection supplement.
